EPC stands for Engineering, Procurement, Construction. GES manages all end-to-end activities from design, procurement, construction, to commissioning and handover of the project to the end-user or owner.

OMS stands for Operating, Maintenance, Service, which refer to day-to-day routine involved in running and maintaining the facilities. GES ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the systems and machineries, minimising downtime and extending the lifespan of the equipments.

Build-Operate-Own-Transfer / Build-Operate-Transfer. Generally for large scale projects. GES is granted the concession to finance, design, construct, own, and operate a facility for a set period of time.
